All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be due to a defect, damage, or shipping loss
  • You must provide proof (such as photos or tracking details)

Approved claims will receive a free replacement of the original item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
