Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, high order volume, or supply availability. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
